Stephen advises on the firm's most significant corporate, finance, and capital markets mandates. He graduated top of his class at Makerere University (Dean's List Scholar, 2004) and holds dual LLMs from NYU School of Law (US & Asian Business and Trade Law) and the National University of Singapore (Corporate & Financial Services). He is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society, and has served as Editor-in-Chief of the Makerere Law Journal.

Ibrahim leads complex banking, M&A, and commercial transactions for domestic and international clients. He holds dual LLMs from NYU School of Law and the National University of Singapore, and an LLB (Hons) from Makerere University. His practice spans transaction advisory, securities & capital markets, corporate finance, project planning, foreign investment, insolvency & debt recovery, and banking. He is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society.

Sara advises impact organisations, development finance institutions, financial services firms, private equity firms, and pension management companies on their most complex transactions across corporate finance, governance and structuring, natural resources and environment, insurance, and intellectual property. She holds an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Cape Town and serves as a Committee Member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), working to advance the international harmonisation of IP legislation and policy.
